Security and responsible reporting
We minimise what the tool collects, keep free analysis in your browser, and use hosted payment processing so card data never enters our systems.

Data handling
Free analysis runs in a Web Worker in your browser. Source text, highlighted spans, termbase entries and findings are not sent to our server, to analytics or to logs. Local drafts, termbases and history stay in your browser storage and can be cleared from the workspace.
Documents are local-only by default. If you deliberately save or sync a document, the transfer is shown before it happens, the record is stored against your authenticated account with row-level access control, and you can delete it.
Payments
Checkout is handled by the payment provider's hosted pages. We never see or store card numbers. Licences are granted from the provider's signed webhook, not from a success URL, so access cannot be unlocked by visiting a link.
Reporting a security issue
Do not send active vulnerability details, credentials, personal data or confidential incident information in an ordinary message. Email jtensetti@protonmail.com with the subject “Security report” and request a safe channel before sharing technical detail. We aim to acknowledge reports within five working days.
